Elongated surgical or cosmetic instrument, with a thin round cross-section, a punch at one end and a small flat spatula at the other. There is a spiral in the centre of the instrument.
This type of instrument appears to be related to the medical and surgical field, as probes for the ear or spatulas for applying eyedrops, and also in the spheres of pharmacology or personal aesthetics, for the application of oils, balms, ointments, perfumes or khol.
