Description
Fastener formed by two circular pieces, one of which was possibly inserted in a piece of furniture (casket...). This piece is shaped like a stud or rivet to be fixed to the wood. The other hangs from it and has movement since there was a small pin, placed in the forked area of the first piece, which held it to that piece. The entire object is covered in a gold plate. The circular shapes have four semicircles at their ends, and a bi-lobed cross is inside. A small line comes from each of the ends of the arms of the cross.
