Description
Complete jar. The clay is ochre-coloured with a shiny, black metallic glaze that is slightly lost. Globular body and decorated with vertical striations. Decoration in white paint in the form of ivy on the neck. It is a luxury product (black ceramic varnish from Capua) that rarely reached the Iberian Peninsula. It was located inside the Iberian tower flanking the entrance (Tower 2) during the 2018 excavation, in the level of a fire at the end of the third century BC. It was on the first floor, a space that had been converted into a dwelling.
