Long knife or short sword. It has a wide blade and parallel sides, with a rectangular cross-section that at the base becomes triangular. Continuous edge on the outside and pointed tip. The centred spike has a hole in the middle to fix the handle to it, and an integrated thick ring-shaped pommel parallel to the plane of the blade. This feature shows the oriental influence that would lead to the so-called ear daggers, of which this example is a precedent.
