Description
Kylix of Attic black varnished ware. The wide and shallow cup rises directly on an annular foot, and has, as is characteristic of this type, two opposite, horizontal side handles, which start under the rim and rise to the height of the lip. The bottom of the container is decorated with four printed palmettes linked to each other, framed by a circle of striations. These cups, which the Iberians imported in large quantities, are usually associated with the consumption of wine.
