Description
Bronze stamp (signaculum), rectangular in shape, with a circular ring at the back. The letters, located inside a rectangular text box, are drawn back-to-front in order to print them. The inscription reads "D.CALVIDI / AVRFLIANI" and the stamp would have been used to mark bags or flat clay plates that were attached to containers of all kinds.
